Twice in the past year this office has lost a check mailed from my mailbox. A check sent to a vendor, in a double window envelope, address clearly visable, and proper postage applied. What is up?
This is the second time in 2 months I've had to try and hunt down a package because it's gotten delivered to the wrong address
Horrible hours of opperation. So inconvenient! I have to use the Chiefland office more than the home town office! Closed for lunch? Chiefland never closes for lunch. And only opened for 2 hours on Saturday! Pitiful.
Helpful people. They help me when i mess something up or don't know what im doing. But when i do things right, it gets processed very quickly.
My wife went into this post office the other day and was treated so terrible by an employee by the name of Todd. There have been other complaints on this employee in the past . So my message to Todd is... IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB , DONT GO TO WORK !! TRY BEING NICE FOR A CHANGE, IT JUST MIGHT HELP YOUR DAY GO BETTER !!!
