My doctor is amazing so for that I give five stars BUT..... I have never once seen her ON TIME! I've always had to wait at least a half hour before I've been seen. Most of the time it's longer than thirty minutes! That is so frustrating!!! My time is just as valuable and there is no effort what so ever to see patients any where need the schedule time slot!!!!
No long wait, they LISTEN to what you say, they offer services being based on your income, besides taking many different insurances, they give the patient their best expertise, and will suggest more tests if they feel it to be needed
Horrible experience. Very rude front area personnel. I understand there is a protocol regarding information that expires but there is no reason to be demeaning and rude. My wife was in horrible pain and yet they told her the income info was expired yet they didn't say anything till she got there. Then since income info is mine, the breadwinner of the house they said I needed to print it out pay stubs, I guess they expected me to have a mobile printer with me. What a horrible attitude to have towards any person. I guess they must be better than those that they serve. I have no issues getting the information requested but no need to be rude and treat people with disrespect. Unbelievable.
Getting appointments are horrible and waiting times in room is very long. Everything else Is good.
